Since the migration, the links to Advertise Here on my site are not working. They go to the ad options, but when someone tries to register, they get File not Found. I have no idea how to fix this!

I had an advertiser seek to advertise with my news website. However, when the person clicked on Register as an advertiser, he gets File not Found. Same with Add banners/ads and Start a campaign. All end up as File not Found. This is not good when the website depends on ad revenue!I don't know how to fix!

Urgent feature request: HTML5 ads support

We have a very urgent feature request!

More and more of our customers ask us urgently for implementing their HTML5 ads Code! HTML5 banners are a standard these days in advertising!

It would be very very nice, if HTML5 ads support would come in the next version of Ad Agency.

Is that already on your To Do list? Are there plans to implement HTML5 ads? When can we hope to have HTML5 banners support in Ad Agency?

How to reset ALL Ad Agency stats

On the Advertiser Registration page the GEO DATA (State/Province under the Address section) does not show all 9 provinces of South Africa. Please assist.

I used to use Ad Agency and it worked quite well. That was the old version. I had to rebuild my website to Joomla 3, because I had a huge site and couldn't transfer it from Joomla 2.5 to 3. I bought a new Ad Agency Pro and I am really disappointed. I paid for the module and install it. I set it up exactly as my previous Ad Agency module. It is nearly a month and I can't use it yet. I don't think it is compatible with Joomla 3. I don't know what will happen, because Joomla 4 is on its way. I could fix my Ad Agency at all so I had to buy a course and the course is as old as Joomla 1.5. That doesn't help at all. I used that same course on my previous Ad Agency module. That course was a waste of money. My Ad Agency module does not work. Normally after registering a client it automatically go to add a Banner or Text, but nothing is happening. Previously one could talk to you guys, but now you have a forum which doesn't help much. If you want to make money out of us, be reasonable and give us our moneys worth.

Time issues with AdAgency Campaigns and Ads

Hi there,

We are having ongoing issues with the campaign dates and the ad publishing dates not matching up with the website's time zone. Unless we go in an manually override the time settings to be +10 hours the ads/campaigns will not show on our site. We have experienced this issue before on multiple sites.

So I'm trying to configure my automatic emails. I have enabled them all but when a campaign expires the campaign expiry email does not get sent and neither does the report. When are these supposed to go out or is there a way I can prompt them?

Using {daterange} in Campaign Approval email

So we would like to include in the campaign approval automatic email the daterange that the ad is scheduled to run for. I tried using the {daterange} which works on the report email but I believe by default your only supposed to use the variables listed for each email, is it possible to include this one somehow?

Affiliate Banner code problem

Hi,

I have a problem with using when pasting code in to the box on affiliate ads.

For example I paste this affiliate banner code:

But when I save this and check again, everytime, the link looks like this:

The URL seems to strip out. I notice that this happens at the back end and on the front end.

I can provide log in credential by email if required.

Latest issue:
I am encountering two issues.
1. It shows some code above the add which should not be there.
2. Image is not showing up since it adds file extension twice.

Do we have patch/fix for these two things? Attached is the screenshot where I have highlighted these two things

Since the day I purchased Ad Agency I have not been able to get the VIP support I was told I would receive prior to purchase. The below feed has been my experience thus far and I have still not been ableto use Ad agency pro. If Ad agency pro continues to not function correctly and Is not fixed I will be forced to leave very negative reviews and demand a refund! SUPPORT HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME SINCE DEC. 7 2017

We've having some issues with our ad not displaying on the Blog pages of our website. The site is SafeMoney.com. Our IT support team got it up and running for a little bit, but then it stopped working for some reason.
Normally, the ad would be appearing in a right-side module on pages like this: SafeMoney.com Blog Annuity Page
I apologize for not having more details than that. Could you please help us troubleshoot so we can get this ad displaying? Thank you very much for your assistance!

Hi Ian,
The issue is that all AdAgency zones are unpublished, I enable one zone - Zone - Text Ads - from "aside-right" position and on page refresh I can see the ad - "Andrew Heese" on the front-end (first I disabled the ad location, I tested from Romania).
Please let me know if this issue persist for you after zone publication.

Thanks for the email. Thing is, we had the zone published beforehand and it still wasn't showing up here in the United States. We have it activated now and the issue is still there, still not seeing it.

Hi Ian,
I used a VPN to change my IP address, the new IP address is from Dallas, Texas and the new ZIP code is 75207. This zip code is not added in your ad location but I added this and on front-end I can see the ad on the right.
I attached a print screen with some details.

Thanks, Alin. Could you please let me know if that ad is just appearing on the Blog and assigned Article tabs?
Shortly after our correspondence yesterday, one of our team members saw it on this page: https://safemoney.com/find-an-advisor. This is very confusing as we don't have the ad assigned to that page.
What would account for it appearing on there? Thank you for your help.

Yes, that ad is visible on both pages, but the issue is that Adagency is not integrated with "Advanced Module Manager", even if you select the menu item where you want to see that zone, you need to open thi module -
Zone - Text Ads - from "Advanced Module Manager" page and set from that edit page where you want to see that zone.

thank you for your great component.
We use a zone with 1 row und 6 columns and have the problem, that the ads don´t wrap into the next row on mobile views. The ads stay in the same row and all ads are very small. Is there a configuration to optimize the wrapping of the columns on mobile views?
