Hi,
When I created an order in the backend, I've approved it but when I try ti access it in the front end it's requesting a renewal?
Could you please have a look for me, thanks.

We could provide support only for users with valid subscription - please, consider to renew.
After renewal we'll investigate your issue and provide a fix.
