Hi. I wrote earlier. I seem to have multiple issues trying to renew my license.

I first tried to update my billing information but having selected Singapore as the country, the mandatory State field failed to load a list. I re-tried by reloading the page and this time the State field was populated. I filled the rest of the fields and tried to pay but received "Some values are not acceptable". Reviewed the info and all was correct.

Decided to leave the billing page alone since I has previously paid by Paypal. Failed again. Even though I was logged in, at the point of payment I received, "Username/Password is incorrect.".

What is going on?
