I purchased the special "Developer Package" and still do not have access to the files. Additionally, if possible, I need tech support with a website. I used the builder, but its not saving updates to vhassociates.org.

You purchased at Joomlart so please go to https://member.joomlart.com/ and login , then you will be able to download all products at https://member.joomlart.com/downloads.
