Resolved Course Purchase: Not reaching paypal on purchase / then listing as paid course

Hi Guys,
Please see the screen capture showing that customers cant actually pay for a course
It does not reach Paypal!

Occasionally on refresh the screen will then show that 'the payment was successful'

I look forward to solving this one asap
