Resolved Where to see the status of pending students?

Is there a way to see why a student is showing a Pending? We have a student gets logged out of the system when they click on submit (this is posted in another forum).
I have attached a screen shot of the student's process but cannot see why one support material is green and one is yellow.

Thank you for contacting us.
Yellow pending mean that user didn't finished the exam or exam is not graded yet.
There is no option to see why student is pending - one of two option above are possible.
